How I Built a Killer Content Habit (and how you can steal it)
Here’s the simple system I use to turn everyday insights into content that compounds.
Welcome to Content to Commas — where strategy meets results.
There are thousands of newsletters about content, social, and creator monetization. So why this one?
Because Content to Commas isn’t about throwing out generic tips. I’ll deliver strategy-backed execution—the exact frameworks, systems, and mindset shifts that turn my content for myself and brands into real results.
That’s what this newsletter delivers—weekly, actionable insights designed to help every step of the way.
No fluff. No recycled tips. Just what’s working—so you can apply it instantly.
Let’s get to work.
This week, you'll get...
The Content Mindset
The “Unsexy” Truth About Content Success.
Everyone wants to grow. More followers, more engagement, more revenue.
But you’re focusing on the wrong thing.
Growth isn’t a goal. Growth is an outcome.
Most creators (and brands) chase numbers—viral posts, follower counts, massive engagement spikes. But the harsh truth?
You don’t control growth. You control consistency. And consistency is what leads to growth.
I’ll give you a personal example…
When I started posting on LinkedIn, I told myself I’d go all in for 90 days.
Did I post every single day for 90 days? Hell no. Going from 0 to 100 overnight is the fastest path to burnout.
Instead, I committed to doing it with zero expectations — and I stuck with it.
💡Here’s your action plan:
Create a dedicated Notion page (or use your Notes app) to collect content ideas.
Capture them in real time. Anytime you hear something insightful—on a podcast, in a conversation, or daily life—write it down immediately.
My Notion page is called “Brain Dump”—a running collection of thoughts, ideas, and observations that could help others.
Block 1-2 hours each weekend to review your list and refine a few ideas into content.
Repeat weekly — consistency compounds.

This is how you train the best content engine … your mind.
When you train yourself to see content everywhere, showing up becomes second nature.
Your only goal? Keep going.
Because if you keep posting, pitching brands, networking, commenting, and engaging—at some point, someone will cut you a check.
… Just stop chasing growth please.

Brands Need to Think Like Creators to Win
Most brands are still playing by old rules—polished ads, corporate messaging, and rigid content strategies. But the brands that are winning?
They’re thinking like creators.
I recently sat down with Wix Studios to break down:
✅ Why traditional marketing is losing to creator-led content
✅ The mindset shift brands need to embrace
✅ How to create social content that actually connects (and converts)
